In my position as Head of Municipality's, I had (14 minimum and 30 maximum) sales executive or sales manages reporting to me over the years. I have been an active member of the leadership team and driving the digitalisation of municipalities for Tieto over the last years in an expedient direction. I also have experience in Change Management and Growth from the past 7 years and that has reflected over the overall business of Tieto's public sector and specifically municipalities that have, for some time, been a focus area for Tieto corporate leadership team. I view myself as committed, responsible, organized, result-oriented and effective and as a responsive person, a team player with strong leadership skills. My strength lies in being pragmatic with a personal responsibility going beyond the norm to find solutions to various problems and challenges.
