I am a CFO who specializes in scale-ups and high-growth environments where Finance must evolve from firefighting to clarity. My focus has always been to build finance functions that not only keep pace with expansion, but actively enable it. Over the past 15+ years I’ve led Finance through growth journeys in medtech, edtech, healthtech, and industrial companies. The common thread: entering at points of complexity and creating structure, scalable systems, and—most importantly—leadership capacity that lasts beyond me. My approach combines financial rigor with process design and a strong belief that Finance should never be a bottleneck, but a strategic partner to the business. At Qbtech, I’m preparing Finance for our next phase of global expansion. That means building robust processes, data-driven decision support, and a team that can grow with the company. My ethos is simple: clarity creates confidence—for colleagues, for investors, and for the business as a whole.
