Experienced and highly skilled leader with a strong track record of proven results within marketing, sales and business planning. Very calm and comfortable in my conversations with customers, partners and employees. Building strong relationships is one of my absolute strengths, this together with very strong in execution. As a leader, I am an outgoing person who is good at listening. I am very straightforward in my communication, preferring a yes or no instead of a "maybe". It is important for me to win the customer's / employees' trust so they can feel that they trust me / the company. Inspiring others and seeing each individual make progress is something I am passionate about. Recruiting the "right" people for your team is an honor. Has, among other things, played in Team Skåne in Floorball, the Swedish National team in golf etc. This means that I am very good at setting goals, team work, risk management and discipline. Through many years of experience, I got a wide and deep knowledge in leadership and sales. Proven success in Enterprise Sales, Cloud and SaaS technology. My sales processes have mostly followed the CCS (Customer Centric Selling) model but I also have some knowledge about the MEDDIC model.
