About Andreas Perklitsch

I started my first career in the international hotel business and learned what professional service is all about. From Zurich to Miami down to the Caribbean, further on to Somerset at the Bermuda Islands and back to Vienna and finally Salzburg in Austria. I enjoyed working at world famous hotels like the Hotel Sacher in Vienna, great resorts at the beautiful Bermuda Islands and the Swiss Alps and fantastic restaurants at the Lake Zurich. Finally I was responsible as HR Director for the opening of a new 5* Hotel in the city of Mozart, Salzburg. Human Resources Management was the trigger and driver for my second career in the people´s business. 360-HR Management in an international Logistics firm and running a Trainings organization with +500 employees in Austria – there was just the Consulting part as a missing link. Joining one of the pionieers of Executive Search in Austria and CEE gave me the first impressions of the Executive Search Industry, before I founded with Partners a LifeScience Executive Search Boutique in Austria. But LifeSciences is a global business, so I needed to improve and develop my international skills by moving to a UK-based search-firm running a team of +10 Consultants on Continental Europe. Korn Ferry is my professional home today – and I am glad to be there working with such great and experienced colleagues all over the world. I have helped many companies solve problems in areas such as talent acquisition, leadership & talent development, assessments & succession and rewards & benefits.
