About Andreas Peter

Dad: «Son, have you seen my radio?” My 5-year-old me: “Yes, Dad! From the outside AND the inside!” Dad: “Erm – what does that mean exactly…?” From my earliest years, I have been a curious kid. Not always to the pride and joy of my parents. There was always the question why something was the way it was lurking in my mind – as was the feeling that it could be improved or rethought. This feeling was present when I started out my (very brief) career in banking. It was fostered when studying design as a young adult. It was growing when creating music and art videos for MTV and museums. It was in the back of my mind when starting one of my first startups democratising expert knowledge in technical analysis for stock trading via AI some 20 years ago. It was right, left and centre when pursuing my PhD. And it is certainly dominant today, when designing visually augmented cognition tools and learning experiences that help students and businesses alike to think deeper, faster and more effectively about their key challenges in developing innovative solutions, coming up with better decisions and designing for behavioral change. This is what I am passionate about. Speaking about passionate: I do love to play with my little son. He is my Jedi Master. What are you passionate about?
