Eager to lead and work in teams to discover and meet our customers’ known and unknown requirements leveraging design thinking techniques as well as my vast well-working network of great colleagues, partners and customers. My personal keys to successful innovation: be humble and grateful, keep reminding yourself to look at people and things with at fresh and curious pair of eyes, fail fast and keep trying, always treat people with respect and appreciation. In my past 20+ years at SAP it has been important for me to engage directly with customers in various roles including Pre-Sales, Solution Management, Business Development and Industry Value Engineering. In many occasions these roles have enabled me to create long-lasting relationships and even become a trusted adviser to some of my customers. I have always been interested in building sustainable relationships with customers based on mutual respect and trust, whether this was in pre-sales situations (i.e. introducing our solutions or discussing use cases and their ROI’s) or post sales (i.e. extending offerings or managing escalations).
