About Andreas Pohle

As Managing Director and Transformation Leader at Kantar, I am passionate about digital transformation to realise the full potential of digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence. My expertise lies in the development and implementation of strategies that promote both efficiency and creativity. I also share and expand this knowledge as a board member of the Initiative D21. I am an advocate of ‘Digital Only’ and am committed to a consistent digital transformation. This applies to my professional work inside and outside Kantar as well as my private life When it comes to implementing transformation, I firmly believe - and my work in recent years has confirmed this - in the power of collaboration and communication. In my day-to-day work, I therefore attach great importance to intensive dialogue with all those involved and clear, consistent communication. It helps employees to understand the change, recognise their own benefits and implement them in their own work: As a Transformation Leader at Kantar, I lead projects aimed at fundamentally improving the digital presence and efficiency of our company: I work closely with global and local teams to ensure that everyone is pursuing the same goals, dependencies are always kept in view and risks are recognised at an early stage: I promote the use of innovative tools and technologies to find creative solutions to complex problems: I am actively involved in the digital transformation at Kantar. Both through the implementation of new technologies such as AI-supported systems and through regular communication formats that help our employees to use these systems in their day-to-day work. But this commitment goes beyond Kantar. Through my work as a board member of Initiative D21, I also want to make a contribution to the digital transformation of our society and the state.
