Hi, I have proved to myself, that I am able to provide value in a large corporation, having been the catalyst for major changes that have improved our team's workflow, and coming up with a few,"outside of the box" solutions for pre-existing problems. Team members have also found me as approachable and helpful. Having encountered an issue that they are having problems with, it is often me that they turn to for advice. Unfortunately, I have also discovered the power of socializing with people outside of the workplace to be just as important, if not more so. This is definitely an area I have to make bigger strides in, for being in tune with people's mindsets and their situations outside of work, is essential to run a smooth cohesive team. Hearing out others' side and really understanding the situation often provides the possibility to enhance productivity.
