As President and Chief Investment Officer of TENET Financial, I manage business operations and provide leadership to establish and manage long-range goals, strategies, policies and procedures. I’m also responsible for managing and monitoring investment activity and strategies, and maintaining good investor relations. With over 30 years of experience in financial project management, investment banking, portfolio management and financial engineering, I have gained the trust of many public/private companies and government agencies in Europe, Asia and the United States. I have ongoing working relationships with banks and financial institutions in Switzerland, Germany, England, Hong Kong, and the United States. I’m a trusted advisor and financial engineer who has successfully partnered in complex transactions with private and well known public companies in the medical field, transportation and energy sectors, as well as electronic and the entertainment industries in the United States and abroad. My expertise includes corporate finance, offshore trust and international banking structures, creation of fund structures, and managed trading platforms for equities, commodities, futures and derivatives. I started my professional career in Switzerland before moving to the United States in 1993. In 2004, I founded my first Investment Banking and Wealth Management Firm, which has evolved into my current company, Trend Financial Solutions. Through all these years, my focus continues to be providing client-tailored financing and investment strategies, and maximizing portfolio cash flow, while minimizing financial risk through innovative risk mitigation strategies. I’m a Swiss native, fluent in the German, French and English languages. My wife and I live in Southern California along with our two children. I’m passionate about fitness, family, and music, as a classical pianist and lover of arts.
