About Andreas Schmack

With nearly 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including over 11 years in leadership positions at Sanofi Germany, I bring solid expertise in Business Excellence, Marketing, and Sales. My knowledge spans digital technologies, data, AI, and BI, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market. I also have experience in guiding teams through challenging change processes. As the Head of Market Insights & Business Analytics and Data Management & Reporting, I’ve not only strategically and operationally supported internal clients but also managed various global and local projects. I’ve identified new data sources and tools to create additional value. Analytically, I oversee the entire product life cycle, from (pre-)launch projects to budget and field force planning, co-promotion initiatives, and patent expiration. I’ve led multinational and multicultural teams, acted as a change agent, directed agile projects and teams, and served as a mentor and coach within the mentoring network. Employee development is a key focus for me.
