Within RATIONAL Group - the world market leader for professional combi steamers, with sales subsidiaries all around the world - I am in charge of the groupwide credit management strategy and credit risk mitigation. Located in Landsberg/Germany, I am the contact for all external partners in credit insurance, factoring, information and collection services - for the Landsberg HQ and our international subsidiaries. Before joining RATIONAL, I had several positions (in sales, key accounting and product development) in the credit insurance and credit management services industry. As Credit Management is not my "job" but rather my "passion", I had been the Head of the German Credit Management Associations's (BvCM) working group on "International Credit Management" and represented the German assosciation within the European Federation of Credit Management Associations (FECMA) for four years (2015-2018). From 2017 until 2024, I had been a lecturer for 'Credit Policies' within the CCM(R) curriculum at the Bochum University of applied Sciences.
