Generalist: I translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams. Specialist: I continue to sharpen my technical expertise, keeping up with the latest technologies while staying grounded in core principles, so I can guide my team with meaningful insights. Fixer: When unexpected challenges arise, I step in as an individual contributor to help solve problems directly, alongside the team. I’m fascinated by how systems thinking, risk management, and technology strategy intersect with people and leadership. My goal is to create impact not just through code, but by empowering teams, shaping systems, and building resilient solutions. I love exploring new ways to connect engineering, leadership, and complex problem-solving, and I’m always open to exchanging ideas with like-minded professionals.
