With 20+ years of experience across consultancy and product organizations, I’m currently responsible for two business-critical teams at Volvo Cars, driving core systems for product information and commercial offers — foundations used across all markets and brands. My leadership is grounded in combining delivery focus with long-term value creation. I thrive on making sense of complex domains, shaping clear ownership and scope, and establishing ways of working that scale. I operate where product, tech, and business intersect, zooming out to connect the dots, and zooming in to ensure teams deliver real value.
