I have over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to dbi services, I worked as Delivery Partner Executive, Service Delivery Manager and Service Availability Manager at IBM Switzerland Ltd. and at Kyndryl GmbH (spin-off company of IBM) in Basel and Zurich. During the first decade at IBM, I was a WIntel Customer Engineer and Global Engineering Team lead for infrastructure services for a global pharmaceutical company, based in Basle and was part of the Switzerland Infrastructure Delivery Team in the role of the Team lead of the Microsoft Windows Server Team. Before I have joined IBM Switzerland Ltd, I have worked as Windows & Novell Network Engineer for companies located in Germany. I am an ICT Specialist, holding a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Process Development. I hold an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate (2009) from EXIN and I recently obtained certification in Prince2 Foundation from Axelos. I hold an IBM certificate in Service Availability Management and a technical certificate as VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Centre Virtualization. In addition, I hold a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and I am certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. My expertise mainly covers the pharmaceutical, industrial and the insurance sector. In the beginning of my career, I have gained experience in small and medium scale companies.
