As Head of Development at WDP and together with my team, we take ownership of the further growth of the WDP portfolio in Belgium & Luxembourg, through acquisitions of existing sites and new development and redevelopment projects. We develop logistics real estate solutions that provide a futureproof home for your supply chain needs. To give you an idea of what I stand for in my professional approach, I would like to give you a short snapshot- Consultative selling approach: you won’t find selling on price on my diary. No 78-slides presentations when you first meet me; I prefer to have an open discussion and discover your true needs prior building up a customized solution that adds value and paves the way for a long term partnership- Passion for people: enjoying relationship building and networking, whilst gaining great satisfaction from being successful as a team and guiding/coaching others in their development & growth- Global citizen and believer of diversity as key driver for success: keen to work internationally and explore the world with respect for all cultures & believes. Being the proud father of 3 young girls, I am an energized individual who dares to throw himself into life. A positive mindset, integrity and loyalty play an important role to me in that respect.
