I am a hardworking and ambitious engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering and Management. I have more than 6 years of work experience from the pharmaceutical companies Ascendis Pharma and Novo Nordisk. I am experienced in driving implementation and optimizations of machine equipment, packaging materials, devices, IT production systems and work processes. I have a wide experience from major improvement projects with the aim of aligning production processes globally and upgrading production processes for new product launches. Further, I have solid working experience with all production stakeholders such as management, suppliers, quality assurance, operators, technicians, supply planning, logistics, project office, IT- and automation and external consultants.
