During the past seven years I have built up a career within Argenta, a Benelux Bank and Insurance company. During these years I have worked both as a Program Manager of a large transformation program (total investment of € 80 million, multi-year project) and currently as manager of the portfolio management team and PMO organization. So Today I am leading the portfolio team and upstream demand manager’s for Argenta (Banking and Insurance). We are also going through a SAFE transformation. There I am leading the transition to Lean Portfolio Management. We together manage a portfolio of about 100 million euro+. I directly report to the CIO and on a monthly basis I report to the board.
