Manager Site Master Plan Germany with experience in managing and implementing technical projects in GMP environments and a comprehensive understanding of overall plant operations. With a background as a Project Engineer for HVAC and Clean Media and as a Facility Manager for laboratory and workshop buildings, I have specialized in planning and executing complex construction projects, including the development of warehouse and laboratory facilities. My focus lies on strategic, cross-functional thinking and the development of entrepreneurial solutions. Leveraging my expertise in GMP compliance, budget planning, and crisis management, along with a deep understanding of the various units and processes in pharmaceutical production – including compliance and logistics – I excel at integrating technical and regulatory requirements seamlessly to deliver sustainable solutions that create real value. I bring strong skills in time management, team leadership, and networking. Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to social projects such as Burundi Kids e.V. and Engineers Without Borders e.V. In my free time, I pursue my passion for restoring historic vehicles, skiing with a focus on avalanche safety, and diving into the art of platform diving.
