The ITIL certification gives me a better insight in the IT process and understand the "connections" of the business. Through my confident communication skills, I am able with relative ease to connect with other people. It opens many doors and is a good skill in handling different issues. My loyalty within an organization hinges on trust and confidence with each other and having confidence in the common goal. Interests: My level of knowledge and experience I have reached by being curious and open minded. Next to my professional life I like to be part of some social activities. The contact between me and my son is important. He and I we have a lot of common interests. I am also involved in some cultural activities. Being a volunteer is very fulfilling, educational and inspirational. And for sure I love to cook. Primary Indonesian, Dutch and some more exotic dishes. AJAX Amsterdam Soccer team is my Passion and I am also very much interested in Art, Impressionists and Vincent van Gogh i adore.
