I am currently a second-year Master's student of the Faculty of Business and Administration, specializing in Public Relations Management and Managerial Assistance and a graduate of the Business Administration program from the same faculty. 🤝 With over 4 years of experience in the student NGO sector, I have taken on various leadership and coordination roles, including president, vice president, recruiter, project manager and mentor. These roles have shaped my ability to lead teams, manage projects strategically and communicate effectively across diverse environments. I have actively pursued professional development through a wide range of trainings and workshops focused on Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Conflict Management, People Management and Project Management. I am an analytical, adaptable and sociable individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire for continuous learning. I can work both individually and in a team and I’m always open to new challenges.
