I am a middle manager professional with over 14 years of experience in large multinationals and have covered multiple areas of expertise ranging from customer service, service desk, quality assurance, scheduling, workforce management to complex roles in IT and HR Technology. I have a broad functional experience as manage self, manage others and manage managers and have been exposed to multicultural fast-paced companies such as Microsoft, Parametric Technology Corporation, OMV and British American Tobacco. My main focus in the past 5 years has been HR Technology/ HR Information Systems and working towards the implementation and optimisation of SuccessFactors within British American Tobacco (over 60 processes in 2 years at a global level). I have found that this combination of HR and IT gives a unique perspective and I enjoy HR advancing in digital agenda. I'm also passionate about communication, change management and project management. I believe that the best way to improve and be efficient at anything is to build relationships where communication can flow easily and transparently. I am currently open to new opportunities in the HR Technology/HRIS world and I am searching for a role where I could apply my extensive skills and learn new capabilities that would help me reach my full potential. Aside from my corporate life I am all my friends favourite astrologer as well as music dealer.
