Project Leader with more than 15 years of experience in phase I/IV clinical trials in various indications, working in CROs and in a Pharmaceutical company. More than 11 years in the Study manager role, managing clinical teams in phase I, II, and IV international clinical trials in different therapeutic areas. Responsible for project initiation and planning, project implementation, control and evaluation, project close-out and from operational point of view maintaining a working knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable ICH-GCP Guidelines, local regulatory and study specific procedures. In the last 2 years acting as Global Clinical Operations Leader in 2 projects while covering ALL Project Manager tasks related to coordinating the Functional Leaders team, budgeting, negotiating change in scope with the client, managing FTE resourcing allocation, eTMF migration coordination from client's Veeva Vault to CRO Veeva Vault, third parties vendor management, etc. Areas of strength are team leadership, problem solving attitude, Decision making, prioritization, enterprise teamwork, Influence, communication skills, organization and efficiency by good planning and close oversight on project budget, quality and risks.
