About Andreea D.

For over 17 years I gathered experience in implementing educational projects and programs for youngsters and adults in Romania. During this period I improved my abilities to create educational curricullum for teenagers and adults, I worked in an international environment and I implemented nationwide activities. By far, my experience is directly related to program and project management, team management, change management, training, event management and working from distance with people and teams. Of course, I have a big passion for personal development, I want to improve myself and the world around me so I constantly review myself and I am aware that every day you have something to learn and feedback is always helpful - given or taken. GROW and Banometru are for sure my best experiences and until now I gathered over training delivery hours and over 100 organized events, conferences and projects.
