About Andreea Diea

I am an experienced Agile Project Manager with 13 years of experience. With a strong technical background (embedded telecom, C/C++), my recent work features medium-large scale complex systems for e-commerce clients (Java) and Maritime Satellite Connectivity Services clients (Python). Based on my experience, I'm able to step in many roles such as Agile Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Agile Coach for team members, Account Manager and Delivery Manager. Through scoping, setting up contract details, ramping up projects, creating program plans and project roadmaps, defining ways of working and procedures, sourcing teams, creating a safe place for teams to grow and deliver their best, keeping a close look on the quality of the delivered solutions, identifying project scope growth and proactive tending of clients' needs, I have contributed to our clients' and my employers' success. The feedback I received over the years from my teams, managers and clients confirmed the positive impact of my work. My current level of experience is building and leading 4-5 cross functional hybrid teams (50+ people internal and client) formed by BAs, devs, dev ops, manual QAs, automation QA, data science, PM/SM) over 4 concurrent streams.
