Background
About Andreea Dumbrava
I am a problem solver! Can't sleep if I have a puzzle I don't have an idea on how to solve it. Along my career path at Autodesk, I would say that being a problem solver matched with my curiosity really helped me in my transition from a QA role to Experience Design Manager. I gained experience as a UX on the job and used almost all of the UX umbrella activities. Most noted activities as a UX includes: user research, user interaction, rapid and detailed prototyping, providing research results and presentations for different audiences for a better understanding and also playing the PO role when needed. Now as a XD Manager I'm supporting my direct org to help shape the future of our products and my team of designers so they can be successful in their projects and also help identify what areas they want to develop individually for future opportunities in their career. The 3 qualities that would characterize me: courageous, open minded and action oriented.
