I have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Management in Food Technology and multiple certifications in auditing, quality management, and diversity. I am currently a Certification Analyst at FLOCERT, a leading certification body for Fairtrade. I am also a EDGE auditor for the Certification for Workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a global standard that measures and improves the gender and intersectional equality of organizations. As an certification analyst, I manage a diverse portfolio of customers who trade under Fairtrade Standards, ensuring that they comply with the requirements. I also conduct internal audits for FLOCERT, following the ISO/IEC 17065:2012 standard for bodies certifying products, processes and services. I have developed and demonstrated skills in auditing, quality management, communication, problem-solving, and customer service. I am passionate about promoting fairtrade and diversity, and I value the opportunity to work with and learn from different cultures and perspectives.
