Holding a track record as a full cycle recruiter, developing talent management analytics, including bench-marking and formulating best practices, with an excellent record of identifying and securing candidates, whilst partnering with clients across various industries. I am currently working with JoinTalent as an embedded talent partner for our clients, taking a very consultative approach in understanding the pain points of the business and not only looking after their recruitment needs, but also creating, improving or streamlining processes wherever needed.
