Administration of an annual budget of 6.5 mil Euro; Simultaneous management of over 40 projects annually from various Calls for Proposals; Drawing up budgetary revisions in accordance to grants approved, as well as carrying out payments’ or recovery procedures; Carrying out assessments of intermediary, progress and final reports according to contractual deadlines; Supporting beneficiaries in carrying out their projects at following stages: contracting, implementation, final report, evaluation, follow-up and sustainability; Consulting services starting from 'how to write a successful project', design the implementation plan with all the steps included on project implementation: begin with the establishing of the project team; setting up comprehensive plans for project implementation with objectives, activities, resources, members and responsibilities, results foreseen, deadlines, indicators, risks and solutions to them; until drawing up assessment/ self-assessment plans at partnership level and drawing up sustainability measures, relating to activities and results management after project completion. Responsible and takes part in organizing national and international reunions in terms of preparing and connecting potential beneficiaries/ participants; Drawing up intermediary and final reports for the EC concerning projects’ implementation; Drawing up statistical reports and periodical analyses; Design specific documentation (reports, syntheses, assessments forms for final/intermediary reports, statistical charts and so on); Participation in audit and monitoring visits, as well as drawing up monitoring reports and carrying out follow-up actions. Working with specific IT tools and databases of the European Commission; Engaged in working teams at European level on Adult education field. Managed and facilitated research activities, focus-groups, workshops and conferences on Inclusion and Diversity and in the area of Green and Sustainability transition. Proficient IT skills working with: Microsoft Office Suite, various web browsers and email providers, online presentation software
