About Andreea Parapuf

I am a young graduate with strong analytic skills, creative mindset and proactive attitude with knowledge of Dutch policy and evaluation, as well as of management and organization. Through my study I have acquired a number of essential skills: I am able to analyse issues in depth, I can identify problems accurately, I can trace causes of problems, weigh alternatives, suggest realistic solutions and propose steps for further development. As a person, I am professional and accurate, trustworthy, passionate and dedicated to achieving the best results in everything I do. I have a background in philosophy and public administration. I have complemented my strong philosophical qualitative competences (PhD in philosophy) by taking courses in public administration (in Dutch) with a focus on policy analysis and quantitative methodology (SPSS, statistics). I also have experience and expertise in organizing conferences and meetings. I have lived and worked in 3 different countries (Romania, Germany, the Netherlands), which helped me develop the capacity to adapt, be flexible, work with a variety of people and be a good mediator. I can speak 3 languages fluently (Romanian, Dutch, English) and I have reading and understanding skills in other 3 language (German, French, Italian).
