About Andreea Parvu

Summarising my professional journey is no easy task — it’s been broad, diverse, and deeply fulfilling. I’ve spent the majority of my career in the People domain, gaining hands-on experience across nearly every facet of the function. From crafting talent acquisition strategies and designing employer branding campaigns, to hiring senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies — I’ve been at the heart of building teams and shaping organizations. I’ve also led initiatives in training, leadership development, and organizational design — if it touches people and culture, I’ve likely done it. 🟩 At Endava, I had the unique opportunity to become the first billable People Consultant on a commercial client project. After relocating to Australia, I took on the challenge of building a full-scale Digital Product department for our largest client in the region. From managing complex stakeholder ecosystems to designing and executing a 5-year people strategy, I grew the account from a team of 1 to over 350 professionals — establishing a scalable, high-performing capability from the ground up. 🟩 Beyond client delivery, I stepped into a broader leadership role as Country Manager for Australia, where I led operations across Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Newcastle. I was responsible for location growth, commercial outcomes, P&L ownership, and the development of a close-to-client delivery strategy in APAC. 🟩 One of the most dynamic aspects of my journey has been my work in M&A integrations — successfully leading the transition of three acquired companies (Mudbath, DEK, and Lexicon) into Endava’s culture and operating model. Managing all three in parallel was one of my most challenging and rewarding leadership experiences.
