About Andreea Simulescu

10 years. 4 cities. One career built in digital. I’ve spent the last decade working in digital advertising across CEE and Southern Europe, moving between agency life, global tech platforms, and in-house e-commerce teams. That mix has shaped how I think about the industry — practical first, hype second. I started out in a performance agency in Bucharest, then spent most of my career on the platform side (Google). Along the way, I got deep into the parts of the job that actually make a difference: leading complex measurement topics, leveraging automation and scaling campaigns across multiple markets. Living and working in Dublin, Vilnius, Barcelona, and Bucharest taught me that tools and tactics change fast, but the fundamentals don’t. And all of this journey has thought me to adapt quickly, stay curious, and focus on solving problems instead of pointing them out.
