About Andrei Ban

I translate between business and technical worlds - in both directions. I've spent 17 years turning complex business problems into working digital products - across fintech, energy, oil and gas, food and health, public sector, and SaaS environments. Not just managing delivery, but figuring out what actually needs to be built before anyone writes a single line of code. What makes this work is something most consultants miss: I calibrate the language to whoever is in the room. A CFO gets a different version than a backend developer or a senior architect. I read the room, translate the need, and make sure nothing gets lost between business vision and technical execution. My AI foundation started earlier in my career, during university where I studied AI specialisation. The real activity in Ai came later on starting with automation systems and AI-augmented processes across retail, construction, and food distribution. That hands-on foundation carried into MCP architecture research and eventually into building an AI-powered tools with token efficiency in mind. Discovery is where I do my best work. I've run workshops with C-suite and Head of Unit stakeholders, translating high entropy business realities into product specs and roadmaps teams can actually execute. I don't guess what needs to be built - I diagnose it first. If you're a founder scaling a SaaS product or an operator trying to make sense of AI in your workflows, let's connect.
