About Andrei Bobu

Researcher specialising in data science, machine learning and mathematics. Currently I'm a data scientist at Iponweb and I am focusing on machine learning tasks and deep learning. I'm highly interested in the development of new machine learning algorithms and their application to real-life tasks such as the classification or prediction problems. The most attractive area to me is the theoretical aspect of machine learning. Mostly I'm interested in the position with possible publications on the machine learning and mathematical conferences. I have the experience both in industry and academia, have PhD degree. I worked for 4 years as a credit risk analyst in Tinkoff bank. I succesfully solved the tasks of the client behaviour prediction by statistical data analysis and machine learning based models. I worked for 1,5 years as a postdoctoral researcher and developped new theoretical algorithms solving the classification problem in geometric graphs.
