About Andrei Boiko

With over 7 years of experience as a service engineer in the medical device service industry, I have developed a deep understanding in diagnosing and solving complex technical issues in high-pressure environments. My background in radio engineering and electronics, including hardware development, provides a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of complex equipment and systems. My approach is customer focused and aims to provide solutions that minimise downtime and maximise equipment efficiency. In addition, this approach involves not only fixing immediate issues, but also identifying potential risks and implementing corrective and preventative actions. I pride myself on my ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible manner to new employees, customers and stakeholders through training courses. In my current role, I have successfully delivered solutions to technical problems of varying complexity around the world, with consistently having a fairly high level of customer satisfaction and over 90% of successfully resolved cases within a short timeframe. I have also implemented error codes structure to our CRM service system to define the most common issues and points for quality improvement of produced devices. Besides of that, I am involved in writing technical documentation and conducting trainings for colleagues and customers. I am deeply committed to personal growth and industry engagement, attending training sessions to expand my knowledge and network with professionals in the field.
