About Andrei Catalin Cioceanu

As a recent graduate of the University of the West of England, I hold a Master of Research in Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. My dissertation focused on hate crime against immigrants in the post-Brexit context, demonstrating my analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as my interest in social justice and diversity issues. I have also gained valuable work experience as an Order Support Specialist at CGS, where I resolved issues regarding finance, order placement, and sales-related issues, while ensuring customer satisfaction. I developed my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations. I am eager to start an internship in a field that is new for me and can provide me with new opportunities, such as social work or human resources. I am passionate about learning new things, interacting with people who share my interests, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
