Innovative immunologist with over 20 years of experience in biotherapeutics, immuno-oncology, and translational immunology, specializing in the discovery and development of antibody-based therapeutics, cell and gene therapies, and immune checkpoint modulators. I have a strong track record of developing and optimizing in vitro and in vivo assays to evaluate immune responses, immunogenicity, and mechanisms of action (MoA) of biologics, including CAR-T, NK cells, γδ T cells, and monoclonal antibodies. My expertise spans the entire drug development pipeline, from early discovery through IND-enabling studies and regulatory submissions.
