Technically advanced Java developer with 6+ years of work experience in developing microservices and delivering user-centered software applications using Java / Spring framework. Currently working in the payments services domain developing an application used by more than 500k users from Europe. Also an owner / mentor in the Endava Internship Programme - providing guidance and support and sharing the knowledge with fresh graduates and students. I am working in an agile development team designing, building and testing efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code using Continuous Delivery and SCRUM Agile methodologies. We are using Java 8, Java 11, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring framework, Maven. During my proffesional experience I acquired in-depth knowledge of: software life-cycle, OOP, architecture styles (Event-driven Architecture, Onion Architecture, Micro-Services Architecture, OAuth2), APIs (REST), RabbitMQ, Message Brokers, cloud platforms (OpenShift) and CI/CD pipeline in the cloud, automating & securing the deployment from dev to production using BitBucket, Git, Jenkins, Groovy, JIRA, Confluence, SQL database, Flyway Integration, Oracle, DB2, knowledge of TDD - unit testing and integration testing for new code using jUnit- automated component testing and E2E testing using Cucumber. I am directly interacting with the clients for maturing, refining and defining stories, working with a development approach with focus on intuitiveness and value for customer and balancing immediate business objectives against long-term architectural vision.
