I’m a multilingual professional with a background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience in customer support, procurement, and accounts payable. Earlier in my career, I designed and tested low-power DC and BLDC motors, using tools like AutoCAD, FEMM, and COMSOL Multiphysics. That technical foundation helped shape the structured, detail-oriented approach I bring to every role. I’ve since worked across different teams and platforms — from SAP and Esker to Zendesk and Helpshift — handling processes like invoice lifecycle management, PO creation, and service coordination. I’ve supported both customers and internal stakeholders and enjoy solving operational problems clearly and efficiently. My focus is on making processes smoother and more reliable, whether that’s through technical insight, clear communication, or practical collaboration across teams.
