I have an eagle eye for mistakes, which has helped me at my current job in HR. Given the time to get accustomed with a process, I can improve it and finish it faster. I work great in a team, but also alone. I ask a lot of questions. My brain needs to understand all the facets / purposes of an activity, which makes me great at discovering its weak points and adapting it. I strive to absorb new ways of working and skills. I enjoy back-office, because I can apply my computer and efficiency abilities onto documents and tasks. I appreciate working remote, because I can create my own atmosphere and it provides me with better freedom in my work. I am non-conformist, I take things seriously if they make sense, I like to help people and keep their spirits uplifted, I speak and write great English, I have ADHD, and I talk about myself a lot.
