About Andrei Dinu

I am using my experience in business development and operating in fast paced industries to help companies and individuals maximize their potential through learning journeys and microlearning. My passion for new facets of technology and for discovering and nurturing great ideas has led me to the field of microlearning SaaS, where I am exploring how new ways of approaching the digital learning process can generate better results and ROI for organizations and individuals. I've specialized in developing products and processes for events, creative concepts and people's ideas, whether for corporate clients, TED licensed events or inspirational speakers. My work and passions led me to: • be a founding member of the TEDx movement in Romania, having organized TEDxBucharest since it's 2009 start in Romania and be one of the few Romanians to be accepted to attend two TED global conferences (2013, 2016) • develop content curatorial expertise and work with high-level speakers from contracting to content preparation and speaking delivery coaching • deliver event and creative projects for some of the largest players on the market, as agency owner of Event Heroes • be trusted by industry associations like IAA Romania to coordinate the production of the IAA Global Conference 2017 – 2019 My experiences allowed me to gain valuable experiences in concept development, project management and sales management, enabling an in-depth understanding of business needs and needed results on a wide array of industries.
