About Andrei Dudoiu

We founded SeedBlink back in 2020, now it became one of the most dynamic European platforms for investing in tech startups and equity management. With over 20 years of banking experience, I have developed strong competencies in financial risk management, corporate finance, and portfolio management. I also hold an EMBA degree from ASEBUSS Business School and an executive development certificate from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In 2018, I co-founded Human Finance, a platform that developed education digital tools for entrepreneurs and aggregated an investment readiness rating for the early-stage innovative startups. In 2019, we launched SeedBlink, an investment platform tin tech startups. Our aim is to continuously contribute to the development of a fresh and innovative business ecosystem in Europe. In mid-2023, we launched Nimity, which now became SeedBlink Equity, a comprehensive equity management and financing tool designed specifically for the European companies, their shareholders, and stock option plan owners. I am passionate about supporting and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and investors in the fintech sector.
