Previously, I led end-to-end commercial strategies across direct, indirect, digital, and e-commerce channels, with impact across multiple customer segments, including Modern Trade, HoReCa, and Traditional Trade. One of the key milestones in my career was the successful expansion of Stockday, a B2B platform launched in partnership with Heineken Romania — a bold digital RTM model that reshaped how we serve customers.
