Product manager that enables business goals, more than ten years I deliver Ecommerce and CRM projects to success for clients from all over the world. I cherish products that I manage and proactively promote processual and functional improvements. My leadership approach is built on empathy, personal example, and people enablement. Master’s degree in Computer Science helps me effectively work with technology partners. My current responsibilities are: • drive product improvements based on best practices, customer experience analysis and competitive landscape • execute product strategy in collaboration with technology, engineering, content development and UX partners • lead requirements definition and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups • coordinate work of digital store operations and customer experience teams • be an Ecommerce and CRM subject matter expert • play role of Product Owner in Agile environment, from discovery, to uat and go-live I am convinced that the major part of a product manager’s success comes from strong decision-making skills.
