About Andrei Gligor

As a DevOps Support Engineer at Oracle University EDAS, I have over 17 years of experience in providing direct technical support to customers, partners, instructors, and individuals who take Oracle University training. I am also an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, demonstrating my proficiency in using Oracle Cloud technologies to develop and deploy new lab environments. My core competencies include infrastructure monitoring and resolution, automation tools, performance tuning, web server administration, SAN storage allocation, problem resolution, and documentation. I contribute to new project initiatives, typically as part of a virtual team, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams across different time zones. I also perform proactive server verification and maintenance for the Oracle Education VM Grid, Cloud, and Desktop infrastructure, and create special environments on Fusion, Right Now, and Exalogic platforms. I am passionate about delivering quality service and solutions to the Oracle University community, and continuously learning and improving my skills and knowledge.
