I am a QA Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in testing web, mobile, TV applications, web applcations. Currently, I am contributing my skills and expertise to the Cigna project at EPAM, focusing on healthcare and enrollment systems. I have experience working in both the Healthcare and Media domains: In Healthcare, I have been actively involved in testing enrollment systems for Cigna, ensuring high-quality standards, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. In Media, I have successfully tested video players, analytics, advertisement insertion, and streaming-related functionalities. My testing toolkit includes Charles, MQTT instruments, Postman, Xcode, Android Studio, Devtools, and Jira for efficient issue tracking. I am well-versed in test management systems like xRay and Zephyr. Additionally, I have experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS services such as S3, Glue Jobs, Lambda, and SQS, which are essential for working with large-scale data processing and cloud-based applications. I also have hands-on experience with Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration testing. I possess foundational knowledge of JavaScript and have experience in test automation using frameworks like WebdriverIO. Beyond hands-on experience, I have a strong theoretical understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
