I am a professional with a diverse background that includes recruitment, financial analysis, process improvement, sales, and customer service. Currently, I work as a Recruiter for NATO, Europol, and EU projects at Brevco Services SCS, where I focus on identifying top talent for some of the most prominent international organizations. In addition, I serve as an L4 AVS Consultant at Amazon, focusing on team work allocation, financial reporting, data analysis, process improvement, and executive support. My strong analytical skills allow me to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute meaningfully to operational efficiency while enhancing operational workflows. Previously, I held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at Glovo, where I specialized in financial reporting. Earlier in my career, I gained significant experience in process management, reporting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations during my tenure at Genpact. At D&S Global Solutions, I worked in accounts receivable and debt recovery, managing financial workflows while ensuring efficient client communication. My early professional journey includes three years as a Sales Representative and Technical Service Representative at Telekom Romania, where I provided technical support for large and strategic accounts.
