I’m the link between customers and reliable technology, in the demanding world of broadcast, video production, streaming, IPTV, OTT delivery, professional equipment and solutions, in which I’ve built my experience. I manage to do this by using my discovery skill set to understand and align with customers on their strategic business objectives and needs and by being aware of the whole environment around my business. By doing this I help broadcast, live video production, TV, IPTV, telco, OTT and mobile services, film and post production businesses to work and multiply revenue, by supplying them with the right professional solutions / equipment / platforms. My expertise: • my professional activity spans over +10 years in sales, marketing and business development • good understanding of the broadcast business • strong connections within regional accounts of TV & broadcast, production houses and studious – Central & Eastern Europe • OTT platforms and solutions, cloud based SaaS, broadcast, professional and film related equipment sales • conduct B2C / B2B and channel partner distribution business models • manage sales process in cooperation with partners • engage with different audiences up to C-level and decision makers • work with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers • marketing strategy, planning and implementation • negotiate fair deals with and for my customers • product management and technical support • establish connections and increase brand portfolios • provide market analysis and feedback • good ability of communication and high individual initiative • represent the firm at sales shows and exhibitions • gained useful experience involving my own resources (knowledge, financial, time etc.) in starting a new personal small business in Bucharest, started from 0, developed over two years and then sold in profit.
