About Andrei Mitrofan

I help customers to receive a high degree quality in the problems they have when they contact me. Nowadays we depend on computers and applications, which sometimes don't work the way we want them to, or maybe we just need a technician to support us in a critical point of a busy day. I'm there to assist you in a helpful and fast way with the problem you have either with your PC or the application you are working with. I am very passionate about this new branch that I discovered in 2020 and since then I have learned a lot through various courses, through the practical and technical work that I came across every day, through study on difficult cases along with technicians from L2 and L3 support teams. I would like to share with you my passion for my work, my knowledge achieved over time as well all the feedback and the recognition for doing my work professionally and efficiently from my current and previous managers.
