Project management offered me the opportunity to work with talented teams across various departments in order to deliver an impactful product both for them and the clients. This obviously requires a set of skills that needs to be flexible & continuously worked on, as each project has different needs in order to reach the set KPIs. For me this transforms what might seem a routine into exciting challenges that are my main motivator.
