Over 9 years of experience, have succesfully implemented and supported IT solutions both on-premise and in the Cloud for local and global Fortune 500 companies across various sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, retail and military. My expertise includes managing projects in diverse roles and across multiple regions, including Americas, Europe and Asia. I have handled projects with consulting budgets up to $4 million and led delivery teams comprising up to 30 professionals. I adhere to the PMI framework within the company’s PMO guidelines, delivering projects using Waterfall or hybrid-Agile methodologies. There projects encompass a wide range or tasks, from collaborating on proof of concepts with pre-sales teams to executing new implementations, data migrations, customization, enhancements, lift and shift initiatives and general support staff augmentation projects.
